Sa Rota, is a house in the mountains overlooking the Bay of Alcudia. a haven of peace 5 minutes from the beach of Alcanada; residential area located in Alcudia. The land has belonged to the family for 4 generations, it is a typical Mallorcan estate with terraces «margins», centuries-old olive trees, carob trees and a small pine forest.

Sa Rota was the old house. The best are its terraces completely open to nature, to better withstand the temperatures of summer we have built a completely ecologic.
